Voice |
-
Send and receive calls using VOIP or Skype.
Deliver voice messages using text-to-speech or recordings you
make. Text messages are created using ContactTalk's TTS (Text
To Speech) editor. You simply type the text you want the caller
to hear. Like email, these messages may contain tags like <FirstName>.
When delivered, the caller hears their first name instead of
the tag.
-
You can mix TTS and recordings.
-
Voice messages can optionally be delivered
to contacts via email. Instead of calling, the message is packaged
into an MP3 attachment and emailed.
-
Set specific call times and ContactTalk will
only call during those times. If the contact’s time zone is
known, the call times are taken into account. If the timezone
is not known ContactTalk will guess the timezone based on their
state. This ensures nobody gets called at undesirable times.
-
ContactTalk can identify most voice mail systems
and deliver a different message to the callee voice mail than
would be delivered if the callee had answered the phone.
-
Track all incoming and outbound calls
in the contact’s history.

Campaigns |
-
ContactTalk Campaigns are simple: create
steps that are either emails or calls (or both). Each step executes
some number of days from when the contact entered the campaign.
When one step completes successfully, ContactTalk waits until
it's time to execute the next step. If a contact opts-out at
anytime within the campaign duration, the execution for that
contact will fail and thus not be advanced to the next stage.
-
Getting contacts into campaigns is also
simple. Option 1) Drag the campaign onto a contact and/or group,
Option 2) right click on the contact and/or group and select
the desired campaign, or Option 3) automatically have them associated
with a campaign upon import via email or CSV.

Email |
- Create simple text or HTML Email templates
that contain simple tags like <FirstName>. When these templates
are applied to contacts, the tags are replaced with personal information
associated with the contact i.e. <FirstName> becomes "Joe".
Any data associated with a contact can be used.
- Email templates are applied to contacts
by simply dragging them onto a contact or group, using them in
campaigns or attaching them to schedules.
- Emails can be sent using one or more
SMTP accounts. Accounts can be "throttled" to stay within
the per hour send limits implemented by your email provider.
- ContactTalk’s Mail Reader reads all of
your email from any POP3 or IMAP account, and automatically imports
it into the history of the appropriate contact(s).

- Add custom information to imported contacts
that tell you where they came from.

and viewing contact information. You can even associate a particular
form with individual contact(s)/group(s). ContactTalk can automatically

-
ContactTalk can be easily modified to
accommodate a particular industry. You can not only change it's
appearance but functionality as well.

Database |
- Multiple Databases can be run with the
Action Items and Campaigns being maintained.
- ContactTalk uses the same database format
used by Microsoft Access (Jet), therefore ContactTalk data can
be viewed and modified using Access.
- Database integrity is verfied every time
ContactTalk closes.
- Backup and restore features are built
in.
- A MySQL version is coming very soon.
This allows your data to be shared among several people and also
makes the data a candidate for Web and mobile based applications.

Sharing
Data |
- ContactTalker accomodates sharing information
between other ContactTalker users. You have the extremely powerful
capability of merging your settings, action items, schedules,
contact information, etc… into single Merge Modules which can
then be emailed to coworkers, downlines, uplines, or any other
ContactTalker user giving you the capability of sharing data and
information with the click of a button.

SQL Statements and Dynamic Actions |
- ContactTalker includes SQL and Dynamic Link
Editors which enable you to modify a group of contacts all at
once (including the entire database if desired), and automatically
update or calculate numeric fields within the database based on
any defined criteria defined by you. You can automate just about
everything using SQL and Dynamic Action Items. ContactTalker also
includes SQL and Dynamic Wizards that make creating these actions
a breeze.
