Action Items Menu

Action Items Menu

 
The Action Items Menu contains the following functions:

Action Items->Templates

This function will open the Action Item Templates Form.  From here, you may create email, voice, fax, SQL, or dynamic action items, or view action items already in the system.

Action Items->Voice Queue

This function will open the Voice Queue Form.  This form displays a voice Action Item history, with a status of each call.

Action Items->Email Queue

This function will open the Email Queue Form.  This form displays an email  Action Item history, with a status of each email.

Action Items->Dynamic Queue

This function will open the Dynamic Action Items Queue Form.  This form displays a dynamic Action Item history, with a status of each call.
