The Action Item Template window is where all action items you create will be stored.  This is also where you will add, delete and modify all action items.

To open the Action Item Templates window, from the Main Menu, click on Action Items->Templates.  Right click in the window to show the menu.

 

Within the templates window, if you right click on a template, you will see the following menu:

This menu allows you to Create a New Action Item, Delete an Action Item(s), Select All Action Items, Show or Hide the Group by Box, Show or Hide Column Headers, Edit Group Names for the Action Items, Export Selected to a Merge Module, or view and edit the Properties of an Action Item.
