Create a Campaign

How to create a campaign.

 

1. Select View -> Campaigns from ContactTalk's main menu.

2. When the campaign window opens click the Add Campaign button

3. Name the campaign, then right click in the stage list and select "Add Stage"

4. Rename the stage if you choose. Then set the Stage Day Offset. Set the stage day offset to 0 if you want this stage executed when the contact enters the campaign.

5. Now we only need to tell the stage what Action Item to execute.  To do this, right click in the Action Items list and select Add.

6. If you don't have any action items setup, click the New Action Item button and create one. Check one or more action items you want to execute.

7.  Now you have a campaign with one stage. You can create as many stages as you like.
