The Calls List Window holds the records of your incoming and outgoing calls which were handled by your Mailboxes.  You can listen to your messages, add the callers to your Contact List, update phone numbers for current contacts, listen to recorded phone calls, and place calls from here.

To open the Calls List Window, from theMain Menu, click View->Calls List.  Right click within the window to show the  Calls List Menu.
