This is the default Contact Details Form. The areas where you enter information are called Controls. The default form provides a simple layout for normal use.

You can create your own forms and create custom fields and assign controls to represent the data in those fields. See Modifying Forms.

Once you have created a form, you can select it via a drop down combo box at the top of ContactTalk's main window.  See Change Contact Details Form View.
