Create New Action Item

Step 1: There are 4 places within ContactTalk where you can begin the creation of an Action Item Template.

Option 1: Select Action Items -> Templates from the Main Menu

Option 2: Highlight the desired contacts and/or groups from the Contact List and right click to select Apply an Action Item to Selected Contacts,

Option 3: From the Campaigns window, add a stage, then right click in the Action Item Box and select Add, or

Option 4: From theSchedules Resource Column, right click and select Columns->Setup Action Items linked to this schedule.

Step 2: When the Action Item Templates window opens, either click the New Action Item button.

or right click and select Create New Action Item.

 

Step 3: Select the Action Item type you want to create then click OK.

Step 4:. The setup window for the particular Action Item will show next.  Then follow the instructions for creating Action Items for that particular type:

Create Voice Action Item

Create Email Action Item

Create Fax Action Item

Create SQL Action Item

Create Dynamic Action Item
