To setup your inbound Mailboxes (voicemail message greeting for answering incoming calls), from the Active Mailboxes window, right click on the Mailbox for Inbound Calls and select Edit Message.  Then follow the instructions for the Play or Say Editor.

A Take Message Mailbox already exists for you and you can simply right click on it and select Edit Message from the menu to create your voicemail message for incoming calls.

To create an additional Mailbox to perform a different function depending on certain parameters being met, right click anywhere in the Active Mailboxes window and select New->Top Level Mailbox. Then right click to Edit the Message. The parameters will need to be set from the Main Mailbox by right clicking and selecting Properties and then pointing the parameters to the created Mailbox.  See Mailbox Properties.

To create a child or sub Mailbox, right click on the parent Mailbox and select New->Child Mailbox, and follow the same procedures listed above.
