ContactTalk uses drag and drop extensively. If you are not familiar with the term view the animation below.

Here is an example where an Action Item is dragged onto a contact group. In this case, we drag an Email Action Item onto a group. This tells ContactTalk to apply this Email Action Item to all people in the group i.e. send Email to all in the group based on the settings defined in the Email Action Item. When you drop the Action Item onto the group, the add Action Items window will then appear. This window shows ContactTalk creating an Action Item for each contact in the group.  It also shows the status so if any problem occurs, you can clearly see them. Once the Action Item is created for the contact, it appears in the Email Queue or Voice Queue.
