Dynamic Action Items allow you to perform calculations with Fields, automatically update Fields based on values in other Fields, execute additional Action Items (voice, email, sql, etc...) based on Fields within the database, and more. For example, lets say you have fields named MyNetIncome, MyGrossIncome and MyExpenses. You could automatically calculate MyNetIncome by taking the value of MyGrossIncome minus MyExpenses. You can create Dynamic Action Items to perform certain actions such as automatically sending an Email or Voice Broadcast if certain parameters are met, such as rent being late, a balance is still owed on an invoice, etc... |
