To execute your Action Items dynamically, you create Dynamic Action Items that will automatically queue additional Action Items to execute based on the Dynamic Fields you defined.

For example, if you created fields such as Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 representing different stages for your customers and you wanted to automatically email your customers a "congratulations" when they move from Level 1 to Level 2, you would create a Dynamic Action Item with an Email Action Item attached to it.

The Dynamic Action Item would check the Customer Level Field for each contact you assigned to it on a regular basis (default every 10 minutes, but you can change the frequency in the Dynamic Field and Server Monitor).  When a contact is found to have a new Level 2 status, the Dynamic Action Item would automatically queue up the Email Action Item you created.
