This window holds a list of Dynamic Action Items.  Dynamic Fields are fields within the contact table who's value is derived from a calculation.

For example, lets say you have a field named MyNetIncome, MyGrossIncome and MyExpenses.  You could automatically calculate MyNetIncome by taking the value of MyGrossIncome minus MyExpenses.

You can create Dynamic Action Items to perform certain actions such as automatically sending an Email or Voice Broadcast if certain parameters are met, such as rent being late, a balance is still owed on an invoice, etc...  See Dynamic Action Items
