The Edit Contact Table option allows you to go directly into the Data Field editor.  Here you can add and remove Data Fields.  Either select an existing Field from the list, right click, and select Delete,  or...

 

Click the Add Field Button to a add a Data Field.  The Field Definition Box will appear.

Enter the name of the Field you wish to create with no spaces or abstract characters.  For example, "DueDate".  ContactTalk will convert the name of the Field to "MyDueDate".
