The Email Queue (formally known as "Email Blasts") window holds a list of Email Action Items.  There is a Pause button on the bottom left of this window which will be set to pause by default.  To execute your Email Action Items, you will need to click this button and it will switch to Waiting which means it will execute ASAP.

Currently, each time you create new Email Action Items, you will need to delete your olds ones from this window to prevent them from executing again.  To delete them, highlight them and then right click and select Delete.
