Email Voice Action Item in MP3 Format

Voice Action Items can not only be executed by calling your contacts, but can also be emailed via MP3 format. They can be emailed based on 1 of the following 4 criteria:

Option 1) Send When Queued
Option 2) Send After Successful Call
Option 3) Send on Failure
Option 4) Don't Call - Send as Email Only

Multiple Email Actions can be used to send the Voice Actions based on multiple criteria. For example, you can choose to send the Voice Action via MP3 with a certain Email Action if the Call is successful, and a different one if the call fails.

The Emailing options for Voice Actions are found in the Voice Action Setup Window as shown on the right. To send your Voice Action Item via Email, right click in the Email Options box and select Add.
The Add Email Action Item Window will appear. Either select an existing Action Item to use to send your MP3 file by clicking next to it, leaving green check mark indicating that Action Item is selected (as shown on right), or click on New Action Item and create a new Email Action Item to be sent with your MP3. Click OK.
After adding an Email Action Item to be sent with your MP3, you can select one of the four options for emailing it
Option 1) You can the attached MP3 via email as soon as the Voice Action Item is Queued into the Voice Queue. In other words, the Email Action Item will be queued as soon as the Voice Action Item is executed.
Option 2) You can send the Action Item MP3 via Email only after the Voice Action Item executed successfully.
Option 3) You can send the Action Item MP3 via Email only if the Voice Action Item failed (i.e. send an email with MP3 stating I tried to call you with this message but it didn't work).
Option 4) You can send the Action Item MP3 via Email only and not make the actual call at all.
