This feature will actually format the names to make sure the FirstName, LastName, and DisplayName all start with a capital letter and the rest are lower case. For example, if some of your contacts in your import are in all caps, it will make the body of the name lower case. JOHN DOE will change to John Doe |
 Notice the Contact's Name is in all caps
 Now notice the name is in the proper format |
