To immediately execute your created Action Items on selected contacts and/or groups, there are 2 options:
Option 1: Executing Action Items to contacts immediately is as simple as dragging & dropping the Action Item onto the contact(s) or the contact group within the Contact List. This will immediately execute the Action Item (unless the Pause button is pressed on the Voice Broadcasts and Email Queue windows or if the Action Item is scheduled for a future date).

Assign Action Items to Contacts and Groups
Option 2: You can also immediately execute Action Items on certain contacts by highlighting those contacts and/or groups within the Contact List, and right clicking to select Apply an Action Item to Selected Contacts. A window containing the available Action Item Templates will pop up and you click to put a check mark next to the Action Item(s) you wish to execute and click OK.
