The Form Editor allows you to Customize your Contact Details Forms.  The Controls will always be found in the right hand column of the Form Editor window as seen below.  There are 3 main menu tabs on the Form Editor:  1) Control Properties, 2) Control List, and 3) Form Properties.  See Form Editor Main Menu.
