We are working on and adding to ContactTalks's documentation every day. Be sure you allow ContactTalk to auto update so you have the latest fixes and documentation. Also, you can manually do an update by clicking on Help->Auto Update from the Main Menu. Make sure to close ContactTalk as soon as the update process starts so that it will not force you to reboot your PC when the update finishes.
To report a bug or get help, email support@4x4software.com. Please be sure you include your full name, email address, phone number where you can be contacted, best time to reach you, and a detailed description of the problem. Tickets are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours during business hours.
