The History Window shows all of the history for a particular contact or group including Notes, Action Items, Emails and Calls.  The History can be Sorted and Grouped just like the other tables within ContactTalk.  You can manually add to the history or remove by using the + and - signs on the Navigator bar.

Click on the Column Customization Button to designate which columns will be shown.
