The Hyperlink control represents a text editor presenting its contents as a hyperlink. It is used to store website URL's, email addresses, etc... which can be then be automatically enabled when double-clicked on. The Hyperlink enables editing values from dataset fields.
A hyperlink editor allows you to edit textual data and represent it as a hyperlink. Editor text is displayed underlined and resembles a hyperlink element which can activate the default web-browser on a user's system. A hyperlink editor also enables you to execute a system command if it can be recognized.
A Hyperlink should be used for phone numbers, email addresses, websites, Skype ID's, etc... You can activate the Hyperlink (make a phone call, send an email, open a website) directly from ContactTalk by simply double-clicking on it within the Contact Details Form.
Customize the attributes of this control by using the following properties found under the Form Editor -> Control Properties tab.
