Contacts can be imported via Email Mapping as well as using CSV files (Comma-separated values) as explained in this section.   The CSV file type is extremely common and is compatible with just about any Windows based software.  The most common way to view and edit your CSV file is via Microsoft Excel.  Search for instructions within your current software to export your records as a CSV File, then follow the instructions below.

TIP: The "Steps" to import the file are listed on the left side of the Import CSV Box as you actually do it, as seen below:

From the Main Menu, click on File->Import Contacts->From CSV File.
