Step 1: Save the Merge Module, that you have been emailed, to a location or folder on the hard drive

Step 2: . Select File -> Import  Merge Module from ContactTalk's Main Menu.

Step 3: The Open window will now be visible, where you will go to the location on the hard drive where you saved the Merge Module in step 1.  Highlight Merge Module and select the Open button.

Step 4: The Import Merge Module window will appear, listing the contents of the Merge Module.  Check the box under the Merge column to include content in the import, or de-select check box to omit content from import.  Select the Start button, to start the import of the Merge Module

Step 5: The next box you will see will notify you of the success or failure of the import.

Step 6: Imported content of the Merge Module will now be available in ContactTalk.
