The Mailbox Properties Window is where you setup details of the Mailboxes.

To modify the Mailbox properties, right click on the desired Voice Message in the Active Mailboxes Window and select Properties.

Mailbox Name: The name of the mailbox as it will appear in the mailbox tree view.

Ring to answer on: If this mailbox is the top mailbox or a mailbox or will be accepting inbound calls (future feature) then set the ring to answer on here.

Ring Play or Say Button : If this mailbox is the top mailbox or a mailbox or will be accepting inbound calls (future feature) then click this to setup the ring sound or optionally say the caller's name.

To get to this mailbox from parent: This will only appear if the mailbox is a child mailbox. It allows you to define how a caller will get to this mailbox from it's parent. You can leave it blank or enter the code the caller must press in order to get here. If your using voice recognition you may also define a word or phrase the call can simply say to get here.

Message to play or say: The message the caller will hear when they enter this mailbox. You can create a simple recorded message by clicking the Create/Edit Simple Message button or click the Create/Edit TTS message to create TTS messages or messages that use TTS and recorded audio files together.
