Merge Modules allow you to share mail maps, contacts or contact groups, campaigns, and/or action items with  other users of ContactTalk.  This is done by exporting selected items to a merge module file, emailing to another ContactTalk user, and they import into their ContactTalk program.

When preparing a Merge Module, as long as it all is going to the same person(s), you only need to create 1 Merge Module which will contain anything you wish including Contacts, Mail Maps, Action Items, and Campaigns.
