To utilize the Speech Recognition feature, you must download a Speech Recognition Engine.  The Microsoft Speech Recognition Engine is free.  To download this, from the Main Menu, select Help->Download->Microsoft Speech Recognition.

A different and much more advanced and super high performing Speech Recognition Engine available is Lumenvox.

You will need to tell ContactTalk which SRE you are using from the Main Settings General Tab.
