The My Table contains static fields and is a way for you to store certain data that might change and that you may be using over and over again within Action Items. For example, if you were planning to send out hundreds of different Email Action Items which contained your contact phone number, what if your phone number changed? Without My Table, then you would have to go into each Email Action Item manually to retype it. With the My Table, instead of typing your phone number into each Action Item as you create them, you can create Tags that allow you to only change the data one time in case it changes such as your phone number. |
