Simply play or say something. You typically only use these if you have multiple post greeting actions and want to say something in-between the actions. For example telling a caller that the call forwarding has failed. Without the play or say afterwards ContactTalk would say nothing so the caller is wondering why his call did not transfer.

Play Or Say Something Options:
