The After Playing Greeting Do What? Tab is where you can define certain parameters such as waiting for caller response via tone or voice recognition, play or say something, identify the caller, etc... This is, in other words, where you define what you want to do after the caller hears the message. Every post greeting action will have the option to wait some number of seconds then do something. You may also create additional post greeting actions by opening the Additional post greeting actions side bar. Wait this may seconds: ContactTalk will wait this many seconds before performing the post greeting action. Enter the number of seconds you wish to wait after the call is active before performing the defined action(s). Then do this: The post greeting action you want to execute.
