You can set reminders for multiple events at one time by right clicking in the Event Window and selecting Columns->Column Properties. The Schedule Resource Setup Dialog Box will appear.

Click to put a check mark next to the Apply settings below to all events in this schedule resource button. Select the designated duration for the reminders to occur and click OK. This will set reminders for all events within this Schedule Column.
