To Restore a Database from a Backup, select from the Main Menu->Tools->Database and Forms->Restore Database

 

The screen on the right will appear.  Select the database you wish to restore then click Start Restore..  A message box will appear telling you  ContactTalkneeds to be closed.  Click OK.  Then click Close and restart ContactTalk.
