Action Items can be scheduled to execute automatically at any date and time you specify. To Schedule Action Item(s) to be executed at future dates and times, first follow the instructions for Add New Schedule Resource Column. There are 2 ways to assign Assign Action Items to Schedules: 1) Assign them based on any date/time Field from your Contact Details form (such as birthday, anniversary, etc...), or 2) Assign them based on a specific date or Event. |
