Schedules contain your calendar and allow you to schedule appointments, recurring events,  set reminders, run multiple schedule columns.

You can even Drag & Drop Contact(s) onto the schedule to automatically create events and even automatically set up reminders or Action Items associated with certain date fields within the database, including those you created (see Scheduled Action Items).
