With ContactTalk, you have the ability to search for contacts within the database based on any Field (criteria) you desire. You can search based on only one Field such as Last Name, OR you can search based on many Fields such as Last Name, State, Company, etc...
When searching based on many Fields, you can choose to find those contacts who match only 1 of the Fields' (criteria), or you can require that the search yields those contacts who match either some or all of the criteria by using the AND/OR feature.
You can also perform an Exact Search if you know the exact phrase or name you are looking for which can save you time when searching a large database. |
