To Search based on 1 Field (Criteria), add the desired Field to the Search window.  (See Search Method Options for help on adding Field(s) to the Search window).

Enter the contact information you are looking for then click the Search button. The results will appear in the Contact List.

If you only know part of the data, for example first 3 letters of last name, see Exact Search.
