To Search based on multiple Field(s) (Criteria), add each desired Field(s) (one by one if dragging) to the Search window.

Enter the contact information you are looking for, then click the Search button. The results will appear in the Contact List.

NOTE: You can always cancel your search and get your entire database back into the Contact List by selecting the Show All button.

In this example, we search based on 1)  first names that start with the letter "J"  2)  Member Of Group = "Retail"  3) and State = California:
