If you plan to use Skype, the only thing you have to do is select it within the Main Settings General Tab and click Connect from the Main Menu->Connect menu..
If you plan to use SIP or VOIP, select from the Main Menu->Options->Settings. Select your VOIP method in the drop down menu as SIP then click OK.

Then, select from the Main Menu->Connect->SIP then click on the Setup button. Fill in your username, proxy settings, etc…
NOTE: If you don’t see the Setup button, try dragging the window from the right to expand it further. For some reason, the button is not always within view.
If using VOIP your Life, your settings should look like this:

If using Call Centric, your settings should look like this (login id is your phone number including the 1):

If using Broadvoice, your settings should look like this:

Click the Add or Update button to add the provider. Then click Connect.
