Use the Simulate Call Settings Tab to set the sensitivity for tone detection.  This will adjust the DTMF tone detection for non-Skype calls i.e. if you have purchased Skype-In minutes.

To open the Simulate a Call Settings Tab, from the Main Menu, select Tools->Voice Messaging->Simulate a Call and then click on the Settings Tab.
