ContactTalk has an amazing sorting and grouping capability.  You can sort and sub-sort alphabetically, and you can Group your Contact List,  as well as most of the other Tables within ContactTalk, based on any Field (criteria) you choose.  

To sort the order of any columns in the Contact List alphabetically by that column, simply click on the Column Header name. To Group the data based on certain Fields, simply Drag and Drop the Column Header into the Group By Box.  You can Group By as many Columns as you wish.  The one placed in the Group By Box first will be the priority, and so on...

To undo your Groupings, simply Drag and Drop the Column Headers back to the Column Headers row.
