ContactTalk has an amazing sorting and grouping capability. You can sort and sub-sort alphabetically, and you can Group most of the Tables within ContactTalk (including the Contact List), based on any criteria you choose. To sort the order of any columns in a table alphabetically by that column, simply click on the Column Header name. |

To Group the data based on the Columns, simply Drag and Drop the Column Header into the Group By Box. You can Group By as many Columns as you wish. The one placed in the Group By Box first will be the priority, and so on... To undo your Groupings, simply Drag and Drop the Column Headers back to the Column Headers row. |
