The SQL Action Item is an extremely powerful feature that enables you to modify a group of contacts all at once (including the entire database if desired), based on any defined criteria you wish. SQL stands for Structured Query Language and provides an interface to the data ContactTalk uses to manage your contacts. Don't let SQL scare you. We have created a VERY simple "wizard" that helps you create simple SQL statements that can do very powerful things. You can actually execute SQL statements at the same time you are performing other Action Items or Mapping Email. See Post SQL Button. |
