The Take Message post greeting action is used to simply take a message from the caller.

When a message is taken it will appear in the Calls List Window.

Take Message Options:

1.Maximum record time in seconds. The maximum recording time of a message a caller is allowed to leave.
2.Beep before recording. If you want to play a beep prior to recording check this.
3.Beep after recording. If you want to play a beep after the recording check this. This beep would only occur if the maximum record time had been exceeded.
