View->Skins

Skins represent the color/appearance of ContactTalk's main screen, windows, and dialog boxes.

View->Grid Styles

Grid Styles represent the appearance of the grids within ContactTalk including the borders and fonts.  The differences are fairly subtle.  It is up to you what you prefer.  There are 4 to choose from: 1)  Standard, 2)  Flat, 3)  Ultra Flat, and 4)  Office.

View->Search

Search is one of the Main Window Components.  This is where you Search/find contacts (i.e. query the database) based on certain criteria.

View->Campaigns

Campaigns is also one of the Main Window Components.  Campaigns allow you to execute action items against contacts based on the number of days since the contact entered the campaign.

View->Schedules

Schedules is also one of the Main Window Components.  Schedules contain your calendar and allow you to schedule appointments, recurring events,  set reminders, run multiple schedule columns.

View->Inbound Call Mailboxes

Inbound Call Mailboxes is also one of the Main Window Components.  The  Inbound Call Mailboxes window handles your inbound calls.  The calls are handled by the Mailboxes that you setup.  You setup your inbound voicemail messages via this window.

View->Calls List

Calls List is also one of the Main Window Components.  The Calls List Window holds the records of your incoming and outgoing calls which were handled by your Mailboxes.  You can listen to your messages, add the callers to your Contact List, update phone numbers for current contacts, listen to recorded phone calls, and place calls from here.

View->To Do List

To Do List is also one of the Main Window Components.  You can add lists of items to do which will remain as you go forward each day until you check them off as done.  To Do's can be grouped and also linked to contacts.

View->On the Web

On the Web is also one of the Main Window Components.  The On the Web window is where you can receive different messages, support, directions, and training from 4x4 Software as well as directly from your company.
