The Voice Queue (formally known as Voice Broadcasts) window holds a list of Voice Action Items. There is a Pause button on the bottom left of this window which will be set to pause by default.  To execute your Voice Action Items, you will need to click this button and it will switch to Waiting which means it will execute ASAP.

To delete queued voice actions, highlight the ones you wish to delete and then right click and select Delete.
